GARY NICHOLS

Born and raised in Muscle Shoals, Alabama, Gary Nichols carries the very sound that put The Shoals on the map. Blending country, Americana, and bluegrass with a soulful edge, his voice feels right at home in the place where music history runs deep.

From his early days with Mercury Nashville, where his debut single “Unbroken Ground” introduced him to the country charts, to his standout run as lead singer of The SteelDrivers, Nichols has built a reputation for storytelling that cuts straight to the heart. During his time with the band, he helped bring their sound to new heights, including a Grammy Award-winning album that cemented their place in modern bluegrass.

Now, as a solo artist, Nichols continues to channel that same raw energy and Southern soul, most notably in his album Field of Dreams. His music is rooted in tradition but always alive in the moment.
