SkyDog reserves the right, without refund, to refuse admission or remove any person who fails to comply with festival rules, venue policies, or local, state, or federal laws, or whose conduct is deemed unsafe, disorderly, or disruptive.
All attendees assume inherent risks associated with attending a live event, including but not limited to weather, crowd movement, and noise levels.

The event takes place across the grounds of the Renaissance Shoals Hotel & Spa and surrounding outdoor areas. Surfaces throughout the festival include a mix of concrete, asphalt, grass, and natural terrain. Please be aware that distances between parking, stages, and activations may be significant.
