If you create an account, you are responsible for all activity under it and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

4. Ticket Sales; Fraud Prevention; No Unlawful Resale

4.1 All sales are final except as expressly provided in Section 7 (Refunds; Credits; Event Changes) or as required by law.

We may require identity verification, billing verification, or other confirmation as a condition of fulfillment or entry.

5. Pricing, Fees, Taxes, Payment Processing

Prices and availability may change at any time. You are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees disclosed at checkout.

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors and/or ticketing platforms (each a “Processor”) (for example, Stripe, Inc. and/or a ticketing provider). Your payment is subject to the Processor’s terms and privacy practices. We do not store complete payment card numbers.

8. Entry Rules; Conduct; Safety; Removal

Entry is subject to Venue policies and security screening. Prohibited items may include weapons, illegal substances, drones, professional recording gear, glass containers, fireworks, laser pointers, outside alcohol in restricted areas, or other items listed on the Site.

You must comply with all posted rules and instructions from Event staff. We may refuse entry or remove any person without refund for:

  • intoxication or impairment that creates risk;
  • possession of prohibited items;

  • violation of these Terms or Event rules.

You are responsible for your belongings. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

9. Health, Safety, and Assumption of Risk

By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness (including communicable disease), death, and property loss, whether occurring before, during, or after the Event, even if caused in part by the negligence of Released Parties, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By entering the Venue or participating in the Event, you grant Released Parties an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to capture, use, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, display, and create derivative works from your name, likeness, image, voice, and statements in any media now known or later developed, for any lawful purpose including marketing, promotion, archival, and documentary uses, without compensation.

If you do not wish to be recorded, do not enter areas where recording occurs; however, we cannot guarantee exclusion from incidental capture.

24.3 Responsibility; Transportation. You are solely responsible for alcohol consumption and conduct. Do not drink and drive. Use rideshare, a designated driver, or hotel transportation where available.

24.4 No Outside Alcohol; Compliance. Outside alcohol may be prohibited in Event areas at the discretion of the Venue and/or Licensed Alcohol Operator. Violations may result in removal without refund.

25. Camping (Off-Site) and Outdoor Overnight Policies

25.1 Off-Site Camping. If the Event offers or references camping, RV parking, or outdoor overnight accommodations (“Camping”), you acknowledge that Camping may occur off-site at locations operated by third parties (“Camping Operators”). Camping Operators are independent third parties and not agents of Muscle Shoals Music Group LLC.

25.2 At Your Own Risk. Camping involves additional inherent risks (terrain, weather exposure, fire hazards, wildlife/insects, vehicle movement, limited lighting, and varying site conditions). You voluntarily assume all such risks.

25.3 Camping Operator Rules Govern. Camping is subject to the Camping Operator’s rules, including quiet hours, speed limits, fire restrictions, generator rules, prohibited items, occupancy limits, and check-in/check-out requirements. Where Camping Operator rules conflict with these Terms, the Camping Operator rules govern for the camping site.

25.4 No Security Guarantee; Property. We do not guarantee security for off-site camping areas and are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to property at Camping locations.

25.5 Camping Fees; No Refunds. Camping fees (if any), whether purchased through us or through a Camping Operator, are generally final except as required by law or expressly stated at checkout or by the Camping Operator.

26. Travel, Hotel Partners, and Package Terms (Host Hotel + Other Partners)

26.1 Partner Hotels and Suppliers. The Event is hosted at or in connection with the Renaissance Shoals Hotel & Spa and Conference Center (the “Host Hotel”) and may include lodging inventory and/or experiences at additional participating hotels and travel suppliers (collectively, “Suppliers”). Suppliers are independent contractors and not agents of Muscle Shoals Music Group LLC.

26.2 Supplier Terms Apply. Hotel stays, room blocks, shuttles, excursions, VIP experiences, and any bundled offerings (collectively, “Travel Packages”) may be subject to Supplier terms, including cancellation, changes, conduct rules, incidentals, deposits, check-in age requirements, and liability limitations. Where Supplier terms conflict with these Terms, Supplier terms govern for the Supplier-provided portion.

26.3 Hotel Incidentals; Damage; Conduct. You are responsible for all hotel incidental charges, deposits, resort fees (if any), and any damages or penalties assessed by a hotel or Supplier. Hotels may require a valid credit card at check-in and may refuse check-in for failure to meet age/ID requirements or policy compliance.

26.4 Cancellations and Changes. Travel Packages may be nonrefundable or subject to strict cancellation windows. Refund eligibility (if any) will be disclosed at checkout and/or in your confirmation. If the Event is rescheduled, modified, relocated, or partially canceled, Suppliers may not refund their portion; you agree you may be offered credits, substitutions, or rebooking options instead of cash refunds.

26.5 Room Assignments and Substitutions. If a Travel Package includes lodging, room types, specific properties, and exact amenities are subject to availability. We and/or Suppliers may provide reasonable substitutions of comparable value if needed.

26.6 Travel Risk; Insurance. You are responsible for transportation, timing, and travel arrangements. We strongly recommend travel insurance. We are not responsible for travel delays, missed connections, or additional costs.

27. Ticket Transfer and Verified Resale

27.1 Unauthorized Resale Prohibited. Tickets may not be resold for profit, transferred in violation of posted rules, or advertised on unauthorized platforms unless we expressly permit it.

27.2 Verified Resale Channel. If we provide a verified resale/transfer option, it will be available only through the platform we designate (the “Verified Resale Platform”). Tickets sold or transferred outside the Verified Resale Platform may be voided without refund and may result in denial of entry.

27.3 No Responsibility for Unauthorized Sellers. We are not responsible for tickets purchased from unauthorized sellers, resale marketplaces, social media, or peer-to-peer transfers. We do not guarantee authenticity outside the Verified Resale Platform.

27.4 Fees; Pricing; Identity Verification. Verified resale may include fees and price limits and may require identity verification for transfer or payout. Settlement timing is determined by the Verified Resale Platform.

28. Checkout Acceptance (“Clickwrap”) and Key Disclosures

28.2 Key Disclosures Incorporated. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • All sales are final (except as required by law or expressly stated in these Terms);
  • Lineup and schedule changes are not grounds for refund;
