A) Information You Provide

  • Contact details: name, email, phone number, billing address, shipping address (if applicable).
  • Order details: tickets purchased, add-ons, package selections, amounts paid, transaction IDs, and customer support communications.
  • Identity verification (if needed): limited verification data for fraud prevention (may be processed by vendors).
  • Marketing preferences: newsletter opt-ins/opt-outs, SMS consent.
  • Accessibility requests: information you choose to share for accommodations.
  • User content: any content you submit (e.g., inquiries, forms, comments).

 

B) Information Collected Automatically

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URLs, clicks, timestamps, and approximate location derived from IP.

  • communicate about your orders and Event updates (including schedule changes and operational notices);
  • provide customer support;
  • coordinate fulfillment with Suppliers for Travel Packages or camping options you purchase through us;

  • conduct analytics, security monitoring, fraud detection, and compliance;
  • send marketing communications (email/SMS) where permitted and according to your preferences;
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

 

3. How We Share Information

  • Service providers supporting operations (ticketing, payment processing, email/SMS, hosting, analytics, fraud prevention, customer support).
  • Suppliers (including the Host Hotel and other hotel partners, and any camping operators) as needed for fulfillment, credentialing, lodging coordination, and operational support.
